“I am a 55+ year old woman who has always endeavoured to maintain a respectable level of fitness throughout my life.
I have tried a great variety of activities: aerobics, cycling, step, Zumba, other gyms, running, dancing, etc, etc.
I joined CrossFit Scotland three months ago and have come to train three times per week. During this time I have not radically changed my diet (95% healthy eating….. But 5% chocolate!!) However my body is definitely changing. I am becoming noticeably more lean - percentage of body fat (especially around my midriff and stomach/hips area) has lowered. So much so I can fit into jeans one size smaller!
