  • Pull Ups

15 – 15 – 15 – 15 – 15 reps:

  • MB Sit Ups (L/R/C)


Rx:

  • 22.5/15 & 9/6

Masters Rx:

  • 15/8 & 6/3

Optional Extra: 4 x 10 reps

  • DB S/A Rows

  • DB Alt Bicep Curls
