30 min Clock:

EMOM to Failure:

  • 1 Deadlift

  • 1 Hang Power Clean

  • 1 Front Squat

  • 1 Push Press

  • 1 Back Squat


Add 1 round each min till failure. Can merge exercises together. Example:

  • Squat Clean  - Press - Back Squat

Once Failure occurs rest 2 mins then complete reps for the round you failed on. Example:

  • Failed on Round 9. Complete 8 reps


AMRAP in remaining time:

8 rounds of 1 rep bear

8 Cals


Rx:

  • 42.5/30

Masters Rx:

  • 35/25

Optional Extra: Endurance

  • 30 mins Cardio of Choice - Moderate Pace - Zone 2/3
