Add one rep up to 10.
When you reach 10 start at 1 again
B. Every 2 mins for ten rounds:
10 Deadlift, 10 HPC, 10 P/Press
9 deadlift, 9 HPC, 9 P/Press
8 reps of each
7 reps of each
6 reps of each
5 reps of each
4 reps of each
3 reps of each
2 reps of each
1 rep of each
Increase the load on the barbell each round.
